Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You have 48 hours from the day of delivery to start the process.

How do I report a damaged item?

Email SparkleWithJackieLLC@gmail.com with a PHOTO of the damaged item. Photos are required to process damage claims.

What happens if my item is damaged?

  • If the product is still available, we'll ship a replacement (we cover shipping)
  • If the product is no longer available, we'll issue a store credit to your account
  • We do not refund to the original payment method - ALL refunds appear as store credit

What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital products. 

Do you refund shipping fees?
No - shipping fees are not refunded or reimbursed.

How long does the replacement/refund process take?
Once we receive and inspect your photo, we'll notify you if the replacement or refund was approved. Approved replacements ship with tracking. Store credits are issued via email.

What condition does my item need to be in for a damage claim?
Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
