How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Click the tracking link or enter the number on USPS.com.

I haven't received my order yet - where is it?
Check your tracking number first. Orders typically arrive within 3-4 days. Orders can take up to 7 days. If it's been longer, email us at SparkleWithJackieLLC@gmail.com.

My order says "delivered" but I didn't receive it
Check with neighbors, building management, or household members. If you still can't locate it, contact USPS and email us at SparkleWithJackieLLC@gmail.com - we'll help resolve it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
No - orders cannot be modified once placed. Contact us immediately and we'll see if we can help, but we can't guarantee changes.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking typically updates within 24-48 hours of shipping. If it's been longer, reach out to us.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled and picked up by USPS.
